Baird Holm Only Nebraska Law Firm to Attain Highest Ranking in Five Chambers USA Categories

For the fourth year in a row, Baird Holm LLP is the only law firm in Nebraska to earn top-tier rankings in five categories listed in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, 2009  – The Client’s Guide.

Baird Holm is listed in Band 1 (the highest tier) in five categories used to evaluate a law firm’s performance. These categories are corporate/commercial; healthcare; labor and employment; litigation and real estate. Nineteen attorneys from the firm have also been ranked by Chambers USA. Baird Holm has eleven attorneys ranked in Band 1, four in Band 2, three in Band 3, and one in Band S (Senior Statesman). To arrive at the rankings, London-based Chambers & Partners, Legal Publishers, conducted more than 10,000 interviews with clients and attorneys across the nation. Chambers ranks firms by state. Law firms and individual attorneys are ranked in bands on a scale of 1 through 6, with 1 being the best. The qualities on which rankings are assessed include technical legal ability, professional conduct, client service, commercial awareness/astuteness, diligence, commitment and other qualities most valued by the client.
