Jill Robb Ackerman Moderator at the American Bar Association's Annual Meeting

Jill Robb Ackerman moderated the panel at the American Bar Association's 2009 Annual Meeting in Chicago on "20 Ways to Protect the Attorney-Client Privilege and Work Product when Working with Experts."  U.S. District Court Judge Lee Rosenthal (Houston), U.S. Magistrate Judge Jeffrey Cole (Chicago) and Ray Marshall (San Francisco) were members of the panel. Proposed changes to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure - Rule 26 concerning protection of expert drafts and communications between experts and attorney's stimulated a lively discussion.
