National Best Books of 2009 selects finalist that features a chapter co-authored by Baird Holm attorneys

The book A Quality Education for Every Child - Stories From the Lawyers on the Front Lines was selected as a finalist for the National Best Books of 2009 in the education category. Elizabeth Eynon-Kokrda and Jill Robb Ackerman co-authored the chapter "School Finance Litigation in the State of Nebraska: Nebraska Coalition for Educational Equity and Adequacy v. Heineman."
