Rob Bauer is a member of the Financial Transactions Section of the Firm.
Mr. Bauer received his Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2009. During law school, he was an Articles Editor for the Journal of Corporation Law and participated in the Van Oosterhout-Baskerville Moot Court Competition. He graduated with distinction from Iowa State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
