Whitney West is a member of the Health Care Section of the firm. She advises health care clients on a variety of compliance and regulatory issues, including reimbursement; tax exemption; fraud and abuse; contracting; and governance.
Ms. West received her Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law, where she served as Articles Editor for the Iowa Law Review. She earned her B.A. in Politics from New York University, where she also studied Journalism and French.
