Matt Breuning is a member of the Business, Tax and Estate Planning Section of the Firm.
Mr. Breuning received his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 2007. During law school, he served as Vice Chair of the Nebraska Moot Court Board, the College’s ABA Law Student Division Representative, and Student Bar Association Officer and Class President. He was also the recipient of two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in: Advanced Legal Research and Clinical Practice - Criminal, and won the Robert G. Simmons Nebraska Law Practice Writing Award for his article, “Stunted Growth: The Under-Recognition of Battered Child Syndrome as a Self-Defense to Non-Confrontational Parricide.” In business school, Matt was a Helen and Robert Chancellor Fellow. Matt also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Iowa.
