Erin E. Busch is a member of the firm's Litigation section.  She practices in both state and federal courts representing clients in complex commercial litigation involving commercial contracts, business torts, toxic torts, and corporate issues.  She has been a part of trial teams handling disputes involving such matters as a complex commercial dispute with 28 million dollars at stake, and a historic case involving the Nebraska educational funding system.  Ms. Busch also represents fiduciaries in trust and estate litigation. Ms. Busch is a former consultant with a large accounting and professional services firm, and is one of the firm's "go to" people on issues of electronic discovery, an increasingly vital area of trial practice.

Ms. Busch received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2005, and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While in law school, she served as a Constitutional Law Supplemental Instructor and Student Articles Editor for the Journal of Law & Inequality. Ms. Busch received a Bachelor of Arts in History and Computer Applications, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 1999.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Busch served as a legal extern for the Honorable John R. Tunheim, U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
