Gary N. Clatterbuck is a member of the Labor, Employment and Employee Benefits Law Group. He practices in the areas of employee benefits, ERISA, tax law and public employee retirement systems. He regularly represents clients with respect to all aspects of ERISA compliance and employee benefit programs, including pension and 401(k) plans, deferred compensation, fringe benefits, stock options and executive compensation. His practice also focuses on general taxation, business planning and public employee retirement systems.
In 1980, Mr. Clatterbuck was conferred a Juris Doctor, with high distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Law. During law school, he was inducted into the Order of the Coif, selected as a member of the Nebraska Law Review and awarded the Lane Foundation Scholarship. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with high distinction, from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1977.
Mr. Clatterbuck is included on the 2009 Great Plains Super Lawyers list and The Best Lawyers in America 2009 list for his work in Employee Benefits Law.
