Adam L. Cockerill is a member of the Labor, Employment and Employee Benefits Law Group. He practices in the area of employee benefits, ERISA, tax laws and public employer retirement systems. He regularly represents clients with respect to all aspects of ERISA compliance and employee benefit programs, including retirement and 401(k) plans, deferred compensation, and health and welfare benefits.
Adam received his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law, cum laude, and his B.S.B.A in Accounting and Finance from Creighton University.
