Elizabeth Eynon-Kokrda is chairperson of the Education section at Baird Holm LLP. She is admitted to the Nebraska and Iowa Bars; serves on the Board of the National School Boards Association Council of School Attorneys and on its Publications Committee; is current President of the Nebraska Council of School Attorneys; is an active member of the American Education Finance Association and the Education Law Association; and serves on the Nebraska Bar’s Legislation Committee and its Minority & Justice Subcommittee on Diversity. She has served as a member of the adjunct faculty at Creighton University and at the University of Nebraska, Omaha, teaching legal writing and education law. 

Ms. Eynon-Kokrda brings an investigative compliance background to her work, as a former Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), has a diploma from La Sorbonne, Paris France, and has participated in the Oxford Round Table on education economics, University of Oxford, England. She regularly speaks at the local and national level on education issues, and provides advice and advocacy on the full range of legal problems facing educational institutions. Ms. Eynon-Kokrda is listed in The Best Lawyers in America 2008 for her work in Education Law.
