Thomas E. Johnson practices in the area of commercial litigation with an emphasis on medical and other technology-intensive issues. Tom joined the firm in 1974 and has more than 30 years’ experience in the federal and state courts all over the United States. Tom is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® 2011 (copyright 2010 by Woodward/White, Inc., Aiken, SC), 2009 Great Plains Super Lawyers and in Chambers USA, America's Leading Lawyers for Business (Chambers & Partners Publishing 2006-2007) for his work in litigation, and is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.

- Lead trial counsel for a consortium of nuclear power generators in a suit alleging bad faith state review of a license application resulting in a judgment in excess of $150 million

- Represented owners in patent and trademark infringement actions
