Ben Klocke is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Section. He practices with the Real Estate and Financial Lending Groups at the firm. Klocke's practice focuses primarily in commercial real estate and financing transactions including the acquisition and sale of real property, commercial leasing, and environmental review of real property. Mr. Klocke is a LEED Accredited Professional.
He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law where he served as note and comment editor for the Journal of Corporation Law. He also holds a Master’s of Business Administration from the Henry B. Tippie College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, with distinction, from Iowa State University.
