Andrew Kloeckner is a member of the Healthcare Section of the firm. He represents healthcare clients with respect to a variety of issues, including regulatory, compliance, reimbursement, transactional, contracting, and tax-exemption. Mr. Kloeckner is a member of and serves as a committee chair for the Nebraska Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Mr. Kloeckner received his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law, magna cum laude, where he was a member of Moot Court and received nine CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. He graduated law school with a concentration in Business, Taxation and Commercial Transactions and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in accounting, summa cum laude, from Creighton University.
