Sharon R. Kresha is a member of the Business, Tax and Estate Planning Section of the firm. She primarily represents clients with respect to business, tax and estate planning, trusts, estates and intellectual property issues.
Ms. Kresha is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a Fellow of the Nebraska State Bar Foundation. She also is involved in the Intellectual Property Section of the American Bar Association, the Section on Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law of the Nebraska State Bar Association. She is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® 2011 (copyright 2010 by Woodward/White, Inc., Aiken, SC) for her work in Trusts and Estates. In 2011, Ms. Kresha was designated by Best Lawyers in America as the Trusts and Estates Lawyer of the Year in Omaha.
Ms. Kresha serves on the Board of Directors for the Great Plains Tax Institute and has served as president thereof, is a member of the Omaha Estate Planning Council and has served as president thereof.
Ms. Kresha has presented for Nebraska Continuing Legal Education, Inc., the Nebraska State Bar Association and the University of Nebraska College of Law, among other organizations.
