Lawrence (Larry) E. Kritenbrink is a member of the Financial Transactions Section of the firm. His practice areas include real estate, construction, and commercial financing law. He represents lenders, project owners, investors, contractors and design professionals in connection with the sale and purchase of real estate, real estate leasing, mortgage financing, construction contracts, mechanics’ liens and bond claims, and construction disputes. He is a member of the Omaha Bar Association, the Nebraska State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Kritenbrink is rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell and was selected by his peers and clients for Chambers USA. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® 2011 (copyright 2010 by Woodward/White, Inc., Aiken, SC) for his work in Construction Law and Real Estate Law.
From 1979 to 1983, Mr. Kritenbrink practiced architecture with an Omaha architectural firm. Currently, he is a Registered Professional Architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects.
