Gerald P. Laughlin is a member of the Litigation Section of the firm and practices primarily in the area of commercial litigation. He is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Laughlin served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert Van Pelt, United States District Court Judge for the District of Nebraska.
