Lindsay K. Lundholm

Lindsay Lundholm is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Section and Labor and Employment Practice Group. She represents a variety of public, private, and nonprofit entities in complex discrimination, tort, and contractual disputes both at trial and on appeal. Ms. Lundholm has significant first and second chair trial experience in state and federal court. She also frequently assists clients with the resolution of disputes through mediation and arbitration, in situations in which alternative dispute resolution is a more efficient and appropriate way for the client to resolve the dispute. Before joining the Firm, Ms. Lundholm served as a law clerk to the Honorable William Jay Riley of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Lindsay is a 2007 recipient of the Omaha Jaycee’s Ten Outstanding Young Omahans Award and in 2009 she was recognized by Benchmark Litigation as a "Future Star" of the Nebraska Bar.
