Douglas D. Murray is a member of the Business, Tax and Estate Planning Section of the firm. He represents clients with respect to general corporate matters, as well as estate planning, real estate, and general business and tax planning issues. His practice also includes general securities law and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Murray obtained his CPA certificate in 1985 and worked as an accountant for a big four accounting firm prior to attending law school. He has also served as an adjunct professor teaching management accounting for Concordia University. Mr Murray is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® 2011 (copyright 2010 by Woodward/White, Inc., Aiken, SC) for his work in Corporate Law.
Mr. Murray currently serves on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Midlands. He is also the current legal adviser to Heartland Family Service.
