Richard J. Pedersen is a member of the Public Finance Section of the firm. He has primarily represented clients with respect to municipal bonds, including related federal tax matters, since 1973.
In 1972, Mr. Pedersen was conferred a Juris Doctor from Yale University. In 1969, he received a Bachelor of Philosophy degree from Oxford University, where he attended as a Rhodes Scholar. Prior to that time, he received his A.B., summa cum laude, from College of the Holy Cross.
