Jackie Pueppke is a partner whose practice focuses primarily on financing, real estate and construction, and commercial workouts.  Ms. Pueppke represents lending institutions in structuring and documenting transactions for commercial real estate financing, asset-based financing and agricultural financing.  She also represents clients in the acquisition and sale of real property, leasing, zoning and land use, and construction contracting.

In 2009, Ms. Pueppke was a founding member of CREW Omaha. She was the president in 2010 and currently serves as the membership chair.  She is also a delegate to the CREW Network Council of Delegates.

Ms. Pueppke has presented at the annual Real Estate Institute sponsored by the Nebraska Bar Association, and was the chairperson for the Real Estate Institute in 2009.

In 2001, Ms. Pueppke received a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law.  She received a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Creighton University in 1998.  Ms. Pueppke is licensed to practice law in both Nebraska and Kansas.  

Selected Practice Highlights

  • Represent local, regional and national institutions in connection with the structuring and documentation of asset-based commercial loans and commercial real estate loans
  • Represent regional and national lending institutions in connection with the structuring and documentation of agribusiness lending transactions, including the financing of grain elevators, egg producers, cattle feedlot operators
  • Represented publicly held manufacturing company in the subdivision of a 200 acre, single-user industrial facility into a multi-owner industrial and business park, including obtaining subdivision approval, creation of cross-easements for access and utility service and sale of the individual lots to third parties  
  • Represent a national investor in connection with its acquisition of agricultural land throughout the Midwest
  • Represent financial institutions and property owners in connection with real estate and financing aspects for renewable fuel and wind energy projects in the State of Nebraska
