T. Parker Schenken is a member of the firm's Public Finance and Creditors' Rights Section. He practices in the areas of municipal law, finance, debtor and creditor, commercial law, corporate law and real estate, and is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers. Mr. Schenken is admitted to practice law in the States of Nebraska, Iowa and Colorado. Before beginning his law career, he was employed as a Civil Engineer for a nationally recognized architecture and engineering firm based in Omaha, Nebraska.
