Brandon R. Tomjack is a member of the firm’s Financial Transactions Section. He practices in both state and federal courts, including the United States bankruptcy court, representing clients as secured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and litigation involving commercial transactions. Mr. Tomjack also assists clients with both commercial and residential real estate foreclosures, non-judicial repossessions and sales of personal property, and non-judicial workouts.
