Jennifer D. Tricker is a member of the firm's Litigation Section. She practices in both state and federal courts representing clients in complex commercial litigation involving commercial contracts, business torts, securities litigation, valuation of private corporations, and issues of electronic discovery and spoliation of evidence. Ms. Tricker also practices in the areas of transportation, premises liability, products liability, and has experience with regulatory matters.
