Christine Benson is a member of the firm's Public Finance Section. Her practice focuses primarily on tax-exempt municipal securities as well as on various real estate and land use planning issues. Ms. Benson is a LEED Accredited Professional.
Ms. Benson received her Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts, in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Creighton University. Prior to attending law school, she worked for Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) in Washington, D.C. During law school, Ms. Benson served as note and comment editor for the Journal of Transnational Law and Contemporary Problems.
