Lisa Carmichael is the Practice Development Director for Baird Holm. Ms. Carmichael, a marketing strategist with more than 15 years experience in legal services, is responsible for strategic marketing, business development and client service initiatives.
Prior to joining Baird Holm, Ms. Carmichael oversaw the market intelligence activities at an AmLaw 50 firm and was responsible for the implementation of several client outreach programs that supported the firm’s strategic initiatives. Prior to that, she served in a variety of capacities at an AmLaw 25 firm for almost a decade. During this time, Ms. Carmichael oversaw the implementation of numerous marketing technology and knowledge management related programs including the firm’s first CRM tool, the launch of multiple websites and the development of a proprietary marketing collateral generator with IT.
Ms. Carmichael received a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Redlands in San Diego, California. She received her paralegal certification through Denver Paralegal Institute.
