Mary T. Stultz is Co-Manager of the Library. She has been a law librarian with Baird Holm since 1994. She was a Librarian at Kennedy Holland Law Firm from 1983 to 1994. As Co-Manager of the Baird Holm Library, her responsibilities include administering knowledge services, providing the most efficient way to research legal and business issues, current awareness system, research assistance, training, providing access to information sources, cataloging books and resources and indexing documents, setting and monitoring a budget for library resources and supervising library staff. Her research assistance includes tracking and researching state and federal legislation and regulations, searching medical literature, conducting state and federal trademark searches, compiling various types of trade, industry and company statistics and data, as well as locating government documents and state surveys.
