Ruth Bahr serves as a paralegal in the litigation section of Baird Holm lending her intuitive proficiencies in electronic document management to the firm's trial preparation and support. Ruth relies on her experience and training in database building, structure and database management systems in pre-trial investigation, creating and maintaining discovery indexes and organizing complex case files.
Utilizing litigation support software such as Summation, Sanction II, Legal Access Ware ("LAW") for imaging, PowerPoint, Casemap, Notemap, Timemap, and Excel, she gathers and organizes information and documents for attorney preparation, client meetings, court filings, depositions and trials.
Selected Highlights
- Served as paralegal project manager for e-discovery management in low-level radioactive waste case. Imaging millions of pages and supervising a team of 5 paralegals and clerks to code and catalog over a million documents for attorney review.
- Served as paralegal project manager for multi-faceted discovery in school finance case. Coordinating the imaging and coding of paper discovery with the electronic review team coordinator and serving as Baird Holm liaison between the client and opposing counsel during discovery production.
