Kris Kimball serves as a paralegal in the Labor, Employment and Employee Benefits Practice Group of Baird Holm. She assists with the document management of voluminous employment litigation cases, including class-action lawsuits. The document management consists of scanning, reviewing and organizing discovery documents and maintaining various databases.
Ms. Kimball also assists the attorneys in drafting pleadings and discovery documents, preparation of subpoenas for medical records and employment records, and performing civil and criminal background checks.
