Our Focus
Baird Holm provides mediation and arbitration services for clients in both state and federal court in an effort to avoid the time and expense of litigation. We understand the importance of pursuing cost-effective alternatives to the courtroom. Our alternative dispute resolution scope includes matters of condemnation, general and construction contract, insurance coverage, employment, land-lord tenant, torts including professional and other negligence, interpolitical subdivision disputes, and trust and estate issues.
