Baird Holm’s Safe Event Plan for the Labor Law Forum:
- Significantly more space between seats than in years past;
- “Assigned” seats in our main conference room (once you find a seat, you will mark it as “yours” with an extra nametag we will provide you at check-in);
- Consistent with current CDC guidelines for large gatherings, masks are required for all attendees, staff, and speakers (we will have masks available if you need one);
- Unvaccinated attendees must socially distance themselves for the duration of the day (maintain at least six feet between themselves and other attendees, staff, and speakers);
- Food will be served by CHI Health Center staff to ensure safe handling; and
- We ask that you not attend this year’s Forum unless you can assure us that day and for the 14 days prior:
- You are not experiencing COVID-19 symptoms;
- You have not traveled in an area under a travel health advisory;
- You have not provided care or had close contact with any person with or reasonably suspected of having COVID-19, or with any person who traveled to an area under a travel health advisory; and
- You have not been advised by any health authority, government agency, or regulation to self-isolate due to possible exposure to COVID-19.
