Austin S. Graves’ practice focuses on various aspects of corporate law. Austin graduated from the Creighton University School of Law in 2018, summa cum laude. While in law school, he earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Securities Regulation, Bankruptcy I and II, Federal Income Taxation, Trusts and Estates I, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Civil Procedure I, Legal Research and Writing II and III, Evidence, and Contracts II. He was also the Editor-in-Chief of the Creighton International and Comparative Law Journal, and his article was published in December 2016.
Austin received the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence from Creighton University School of Law on behalf of the American Bankruptcy Institute in 2018. He graduated from Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho, in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.
