Gary N. Clatterbuck practices in the areas of employee benefits, ERISA, tax law and public employee retirement systems. He regularly represents clients with respect to all aspects of ERISA compliance and employee benefit programs, including pension and 401(k) plans, deferred compensation, fringe benefits, stock options and executive compensation. His practice also focuses on general taxation, business planning and public employee retirement systems.
In 1980, Gary was conferred a Juris Doctor, with high distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Law. During law school, he was inducted into the Order of the Coif, selected as a member of the Nebraska Law Review and awarded the Lane Foundation Scholarship. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with high distinction, from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1977.
Since 1995, Gary has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® in the field of Employee Benefits Law, and is also included on the Chambers USA, America’s Leading Lawyers for Business and Super Lawyers.
