Kimberly Brown is a paralegal at Baird Holm and supports the labor, employment, and employee benefits practice of the Firm. She assists attorneys with all aspects of litigation, including drafting correspondence, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial memorandums, settlement agreements and releases, deposition outlines, medical/fact summaries, exhibit lists and trial notebooks, and also performing extensive background checks. With more than 20 years of experience in the legal field, Kim works regularly in matters dealing with the Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Act, Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court Rules of Procedure, and State and Federal Rules of Discovery and Civil Procedure.
