Profile

Patrick J. Bartman’s practice focuses on commercial real estate and renewable energy. He routinely represents clients in the development, financing, acquisition, and sale of real property, and commercial lease negotiations and title review. Patrick also represents investors, developers, and lenders in various phases of renewable wind energy projects. 

Prior to joining the firm, Patrick practiced in the financial services industry, where he specialized in fair lending law and regulatory compliance. He advised business units on the technical requirements of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (Reg. B), the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (Reg. C), and the Fair Housing Act, while also ensuring organizational practices neither discriminated against nor disparately impacted/treated protected populations.

Since 2021, Patrick has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch® in the field of Real Estate Law.

Patrick received his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in 2015, where he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in First Amendment: Freedom of Speech and Alternate Dispute Resolution. Patrick received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Saint Louis University.
