Susan K. Tvrdy focuses her practice on all areas of employment litigation. Her experience includes defending employers against state and federal claims relating to wage and hour laws, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, and tortious interference with contractual relations. She has also assisted clients in prosecuting and defending against breaches of non-competition, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure agreements.
Prior to joining Baird Holm LLP, Susan worked at a major Boston law firm where she focused on complex civil litigation, particularly in employment matters.
Susan received her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was granted a Dillard Fellowship in legal research and writing. Prior to law school, she served as a legislative aide to two U.S. Senators, providing policy advice on health, labor, employment, and education matters. Susan received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from Creighton University, summa cum laude.
