Tanya L. Kuenning is a Certified Paralegal in Baird Holm’s Labor and Employment section, where she supports Baird Holm’s employment litigators. Tanya assists attorneys with all aspects of litigation, including drafting correspondence, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial memorandums, settlement agreements, deposition outlines, medical/fact summaries, exhibit lists, and trial notebooks. She also manages investigations, including performing extensive background checks and social media searches. Additionally, Tanya assists with document management including research, compiling and production of discovery documents involving the use of various e-Discovery databases.
