Lindsay K. Lundholm appointed to American Arbitration Association Roster of Arbitrators

Baird Holm partner Lindsay K. Lundholm has been appointed to the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Roster of Arbitrators.

Lindsay’s selection by the AAA to serve as an arbitrator on its roster comes after her work as an advocate litigating a wide variety of disputes in AAA arbitration and FINRA arbitration for almost two decades.

The AAA is a not-for-profit organization which aims to move complex cases through arbitration fairly and cost effectively, with the goal of getting parties back to business as soon as possible. As the AAA notes, its “AAA panels are comprised of accomplished attorneys with exceptional subject-matter expertise; former federal and state judges; and business owners who understand the essence of the dispute.” Lindsay looks forward to expanding her dispute resolution practice through service as a panelist on future arbitrations through the AAA.
