The survey company provided a word cloud of the top words employees used to describe their job. The words used most of all include, “family,” “supportive,” “exciting,” “professional,” “flexible,” “trust,” and “positive.” These sentiments were consistent throughout the survey comments. A feeling of being valued and trusted comes from the Chairman of the Board, the board members and management. They lead by example and it makes for an amazing work environment. CharterWest has always believed happy employees make happy customers.
