On November 4, 2021, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration released its “COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Emergency Temporary Standard” (ETS) which mandates employers under its jurisdiction with 100 or more employees to require their employees to either be vaccinated or show a negative COVID-19 test result on a weekly basis. This webinar will explain employers’ obligations – and options – under the new ETS.
