Brandon R. Tomjack’s clients include large national banks, regional banks, community banks, credit unions, and other creditors. He practices in both state and federal courts, including the United States bankruptcy court, representing clients as secured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and litigation involving commercial transactions. Brandon also assists clients with both commercial and residential real estate foreclosures, replevins, non-judicial repossessions and sales of personal property, liquidation of SBA and USDA-guaranteed loans, non-judicial workouts, and the Uniform Commercial Code.

Brandon frequently writes and lectures on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights issues and the Uniform Commercial Code. He teaches the “Introduction to Bankruptcy” course at the American Bankers Association’s annual Commercial Lending Schools. He is included in Great Plains Super Lawyers for his work in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights and has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® and was named Best Lawyers‘ 2023 Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law “Lawyer of the Year” for Omaha.
