Brandon R. Tomjack’s clients include large national banks, regional banks, community banks, credit unions, and other creditors. He practices in both state and federal courts, including the United States bankruptcy court, representing clients as secured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and litigation involving commercial transactions. Brandon also assists clients with both commercial and residential real estate foreclosures, replevins, non-judicial repossessions and sales of personal property, liquidation of SBA-guaranteed loans, non-judicial workouts, and the Uniform Commercial Code.

Brandon frequently writes and lectures on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights issues and the Uniform Commercial Code. He is included in Super Lawyers (©2013) for his work in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights and has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America®.

  • Representing credit union as creditor in individual chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases, including seeking relief from stay, obtaining adequate protection, negotiating bankruptcy plan terms, and defending property valuations
