Ronald C. Jensen’s practice focuses on providing wealth management counsel to his clients, with specific expertise in the areas of elder law, estate planning, trust and estate administration and tax. He has experience before the United States Tax Court, the United States Court of Federal Claims, the United States Supreme Court and other federal courts.

In 1976, Ron received a Juris Doctor, with distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Law. He also received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Economics, with high distinction, from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 1974.

Ron is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; the University of Nebraska at Omaha Gerontology Advisory Committee; the Omaha Bar Association, the Omaha Estate Planning Council, the Nebraska State Bar Association and its sections on Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law and Elder Law, the Iowa State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association and its section on Taxation. He currently serves on the Board for the James M. Cox Foundation. Since 2003, Ron has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® in the field of Trusts and Estates and was named the Best Lawyers’ 2016 Omaha Lawyer of the Year for Trust and Estates. Ron is also included on the 2009 Great Plains Super Lawyers list for his work in Estate Planning & Probate.
