Lori J. Fortina is a paralegal at Baird Holm in the areas of real estate, renewable energy, financial transactions, and creditor’s rights. She has more than 40 years of real estate experience, 25 of those in the title insurance industry, managing complex commercial and agricultural land acquisitions and loan transactions.
Lori assists attorneys with all aspects of their real estate and lending practices including performing legal research, drafting legal documents, analyzing title documents, and managing transactions from conception to closing.
