Safety protocols for Baird Holm’s 2021 Technology and Data Protection Forum: 

• Significantly more space between seats than in years past; 
• Consistent with current CDC guidelines for large gatherings, masks are required for all attendees, staff, and speakers (we will have masks available if you need one);
• Unvaccinated attendees must socially distance themselves for the duration of the day (maintain at least six feet between themselves and other attendees, staff, and speakers);
• Food will be served by Marriott staff to ensure safe handling; and
• We ask that you not attend this year’s Forum in person unless you can assure us that day and for the 14 days prior:
  • You are not experiencing COVID-19 symptoms;
  • You have not traveled in an area under a travel health advisory;
  • You have not provided care or had close contact with any person with or reasonably suspected of having COVID-19, or with any person who traveled to an area under a travel health advisory; and
  • You have not been advised by any health authority, government agency, or regulation to self-isolate due to possible exposure to COVID-19.
