The U.S. Department of Labor has issued its Final Rule related to the White Collar Overtime Exemptions. In addition to increasing the minimum salary level to qualify for exemption status to $47,476 per year for most occupations, the Final Rule (amongst other provisions) also details how employers may be able to incorporate non-discretionary bonuses and incentive payments into that amount. This webinar will walk employers through the Final Rule, and provide insight on the short-term and long-term effects of the new provisions.
