Clients can use VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards to pay securely through LawPay’s website. To partially offset the costs associated with credit card transactions, effective Jan. 1, 2025, a nominal processing fee of 2.95% will be applied to all online credit card payments. This fee is automatically calculated and will be added to the payment amount prior to submission. For those preferring alternative methods, payments made using a debit card or eCheck will not be subject to this processing fee. Please note: For clients opting to pay via eCheck, there is a transaction limit of $25,000.
