Allyse M. Noel concentrates her practice on labor and employment litigation, representing employers in disputes arising under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FMLA, and other federal, state, and local employment laws. Allyse also represents employers before administrative agencies, such as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She draws on her experience to help clients navigate complex issues efficiently and effectively.

Allyse earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law, with concentrations in Dispute Resolution and Litigation. While in law school, she served as President of the Labor and Employment Law Society, competed nationally in moot court and arbitration competitions, and was inducted into the Alpha Sigma Nu Jesuit Honor Society. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
