Ashley K. Sayles is a paralegal supporting the immigration practice group of the Firm. She assists with preparation and filing of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas that include J—1 Waiver for Physicians, H—1B Visa, TN Process, L—1 Visas, PERM Labor Certification, Immigrant Petitions, and Adjustment of Status/Consular Processing. Ashley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies from the College of St. Mary and has almost 15 years of immigration experience.
