Claudia W. Brock is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Section. She defends employers from a wide variety of employment-related legal challenges in state and federal courts.
Before joining the firm, Claudia served five years as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Frankie J. Moore of the Nebraska Court of Appeals, assisting in drafting more than 100 appellate opinions. During her clerkship, Claudia was also an adjunct instructor at the University of Nebraska College of Law, where she taught Legal Analysis, Writing and Research.
Claudia received her Juris Doctor, with distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Law, where she was Research Editor of the Nebraska Law Review and a member of the Pro Bono Service Committee. Upon graduation she received the 2020-2021 Outstanding Student of the Year Award for her contributions to the Children’s Justice Clinic. Prior to law school, Claudia graduated from Creighton University, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.
