Danielle L. Rowley is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group. She is a litigator who defends employers in cases involving claims under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, FMLA, as well as claims for workers’ compensation benefits.

Prior to joining Baird Holm, Danielle spent nearly a decade as a Government attorney, working as an Assistant United States Attorney in the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Nebraska, an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, and an Assistant Attorney General for the Nebraska Department of Justice. Danielle has represented federal, state, and local government officials, employees, and agencies in cases in Nebraska state and federal courts. Danielle has argued cases before the Nebraska Supreme Court and Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Danielle earned her J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law, where she earned the CALI Excellence for the Future award in Advanced Trial Advocacy, was a member of the National Trial Team, and was elected by the law school faculty to the Order of Barristers. She graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.
