David W. Rasmussen practices primarily in the areas of corporate transactions, governance, structuring, succession planning, estate planning and probate/trust administration. David has almost twenty years of experience in these practice areas, having handled numerous transactions and corporate restructures for clients across a variety of industries and of different sizes.
Prior to joining Baird Holm, David was in private practice in Lincoln and oversaw a general transactional practice that included in addition to the practice areas noted above, commercial real estate acquisitions and leasing, employment related issues and financial transactions.
David received his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law, with distinction, in 2004. David is a graduate of the Leadership Nebraska program sponsored by the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with highest distinction, from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2000, where he majored in Finance.
